- To provide a road map, and the skills needed to advance faster as a CBW facilitator.
- To learn what it means to be a part of the facilitator team, as a new facilitator or seasoned veteran.

- The importance of the Introduction and Debrief.
- Why ground rules are important. The difference between ground rules and guidelines for participation. How to match ground rules to your participant group.
- How to facilitate a highly effective CBW Debrief including: 4-Stages presentation, group exercises, reflection exercises, how to match the right debrief for each group.
- How to deliver a highly effective CBW Introduction including: Welcome, Agenda, Schedule, Ground Rules, Guidelines for Communication, Vision Exercise, and more.
- The 7 most important facilitator interventions and how to master them.
- How to run a pre-workshop CBW Facilitator preparation meeting with the facilitator team.
- The 5 keys to being an effective and supportive member of the facilitator team. The five don’ts for being an effective and supportive team member.
- How to run a CBW Facilitator huddle.
- Communications:
- Pre-workshop emails and communications with participants.
- Post Workshop Participant Interest Form.
- Post workshop brochure and communications with participants.
