The path to authentic and respectful communication requires our willingness to perceive each other, listen, be honest with each other, be open, share ourselves and our experiences, and keep silent when there is nothing to share. Through that, the opportunity emerges to be in touch with each other and to experience a true deep connection.
Based on this connection, we can more easily use the differences which are part of groups and organisations in a productive way instead of getting stuck in deadlocked conflicts. We can enjoy the variety of opinions, perspectives and talents and, with this, the beauty of life.

WHERE: Wohnprojekt Wien, Krakauer Str. 19/45, 1020 Vienna
PRICE: 150 – 250 EUR, depends on what you can give, including all costs and facilitation fee, we will cook together food, the accommodation is self-organized. Registration before 10 April 2019: -20 EU minimum (130 EUR), after 20 May: +20 EU minimum (170 EUR).

Der Weg zu einer authentischen und respektvollen Kommunikation erfordert unsere Bereitschaft, den Anderen wahrzunehmen, ihr oder ihm zuzuhören, ehrlich zueinander und offen füreinander zu sein, uns und unsere Erfahrungen mitzuteilen … und zu schweigen wenn es nichts zu sagen gibt. Dann eröffnet sich die Chance, mit anderen wirklich in Verbindung zu sein.
Diese tiefere Verbindung ist Voraussetzung und Basis dafür, all die Unterschiede produktiv nutzen zu könne, die wir in Gruppen, Teams, Organisationen und Communities aller Art vorfinden. Wir können die Vielfalt an Perspektiven, Meinungen und Talenten geniessen.
