Have you ever felt that there is something that only women can share with each other? This residential Community Building seminar in Hungary, to which we cordially invite you, is for women only. In the group, we will delve into authentic and open communication in order to develop together the art of creating the deep and meaningful connections we so often long for in our relationships.

Information about Community Building circles
The community building seminar is for anyone who is interested in discovering and learning through their own self-experience in a group how to create an experience of closeness and understanding with other people, which is associated with feelings of extraordinary security and respect, the so-called state of “true community.”
We will acquire and learn new ways of communicating in authentic situations. By becoming aware of and letting go of personal barriers that prevent true connection in relationships, we will explore what helps and what does not help in communication.
During the workshop, led by experienced facilitators (lecturers), we will learn special communication guidelines and have the opportunity to go through the four stages of the process: Pseudo-community, Chaos, Emptiness, and Real Community.
“Real community” is understood as an experience of deep respect, safety, and connection, with full acceptance and celebration of each member’s individual differences. It is the experience of being seen, heard, and fully accepted in one’s authenticity, as well as seeing, hearing, and accepting others.
