THE MAGIC OF RESONANCE – Community Building Week near the Sea
Imagine there is a space where you enjoy deep resonance – connected to yourself, to nature, to others. Feeling at peace, expanded, lively. This space we want to create together. In one week, with lovely people, on a lovely place in the Mediterranean sunshine. Be part of it!
This week will be a special journey. Based on the community building process by Scott M. Peck, we will explore different ways of developing community and enjoy each other and ourselves.
The Week
In the mornings we will go through the community building process as described in more detail below. We will sit together in a circle, speak when we are moved to speak and listen with our hearts. We will learn to empty ourselves and embrace our differences. We will go to depth and to lightness. When we reach emptiness, the spirit of community will be among us.
The afternoons are open space. We are free to hang around, explore the beautiful island, take a swim in the sea, walk through Marko Pogacnik‘s geomantic sculpture park, rest in our hammock, write a poem …
The evenings will be created together. Everybody is invited to bring in their talents and resources. The facilitators can provide various ways of body and soul work like Meditation, Massage, Five Rhythms Dancing, Experimental Dance, Sensual Touch, Systemic-Spiritual Constellation Work, Women’s / Men’s Circle and Tantra Rituals. But more important is what will emerge out of the community in co-creation … we are curious :-).
The Place
The island of Iz is a small and beautiful green spot at the Croation coast near Zadar, full of olive gardens and untouched Pine forests. The Hotel Korinjak is located at the edge of the small village Veli Iz, directly at the sea.
A special place with special energy, vegetarian food and whole day program like Morning Yoga, Gong Bath, Guided Meditation which you also can attend for free. It‘s possibly to sleep in rooms or camp in the hotels garden.
To swim you only have to step out the garden … to swim naked takes a 15‘ walk. And with some luck you will meet the famous dolphins of Dugi Otok …
The People
Our best hope is to attract a group of high diversity. People from different nations (Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, …), different languages (translation will be provided), different ages and different gender. And with a multitude of cultural and biographical backgrounds, talents and ressources.
But one shared goal: to enjoy deep resonance and experience the process of developing community.
